Development of key performance indicators

This project developed a specifications document that outlines collection and reporting methods for key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be used by treatment services to measure performance. The KPIs were developed with extensive involvement of the Network of Alcohol and other Drug Agencies (NADA) members, and their funders and service users. It is hoped that the KPIs will assist the NGO AOD treatment sector in being able to better demonstrate the value of treatment being provided, showcase their work, improve client care, and reduce the administrative burden to services of the imposition of different KPI frameworks from different funders.

Two different reports were produced for this project: an interim report that provides a more limited but simpler option for recording KPI data, and a full KPI report.
